Lost your key? Enter the email on your account and we'll send a fresh one. The new key carries the same credit balance. If you find your original later, it still works — both keys remain valid until you revoke either at your account page.
If an account exists for that email, a fresh key is on its way.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) in the next minute or two. The new key is delivered by email — we never display it on this page.
§ NoteWhat we don't do
Your original key is stored only as a one-way hash, so we genuinely cannot retrieve it. The recovery flow issues a new key and emails it to you. Old keys keep working — revoke them yourself at your account page if you want them off the rolls.
If you've lost access to the email address itself, write to [email protected] from the most plausible address on your end and we'll sort it manually.
